People are now more informed about the effects of material consumption on the environment. With just about anything bought and consumed these days making use of plastic and non-biodegradable packaging, consumptions is putting more into landfills. These translate into wasted materials, pollution, and problems in waste disposal. One way to reduce such materials from accumulating needlessly as trash is through recycling.
